I was curious about the Jardine muffler too, since I have never heard one before. I have a new 20002, with a stock muffler. The dealer had a floor model with a Jardine installed. I could not believe the difference in sound.!! I didnt want something obnoxiously loud, and the Jardine just sounds cool! It actually rumbles when you start it up, and you lose the lawn mower sound effect. Made me wanna go home and park it till I can afford one! The only drawback I think is the discoloration, but a post in here says coat the inside with high heat barbaque paint and it wont turn colors. Also Ive read in here that changing jets isnt neccesarly the case with all Savages, but I was told, "you want more horsepower?, change the jets!"
